What kind of products does the Freestyle.FM Store sell?

The Freestyle.FM Store pecializes in retro items. We sell retro t-shirts, retro hoodies, retro sunglasses, retro jewelry, retro gifts, and more. We also have our own Freestyle Brand coffee blends.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Digital wallets such as (PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and more.

What is your shipping policy and cost?

Shipping policies vary. Most items on Freestyle.FM Store offer free shipping on domestic orders over a certain amount (e.g., $60 or $99.99), while others base costs on weight or destination. Once an order is shipped, a tracking number is typically provided via email.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Final sale items and international orders are typically non-returnable.

How can I track my order?

After your purchase is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website for up-to-date tracking information.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

Sometimes packages can get lost in transit, and we’re here to help if that happens. If your order doesn’t arrive and the tracking status hasn’t updated in a while, just follow our claim procedure—we’ll review the situation and help you resolve it.
